Physical Therapist in Orthopedics/Sports Medicine

Our clinic has a niche of fitness enthusiasts. Our unique selling point is, " We are fitness enthusiasts like you and our clinic is where Physical Therapy, fitness, and sports performance collide to take you from pain to maximum performance". We don't want to just "fix" people in our community, we want to make them better than before their injury to get them to maximum fitness and health.

We have been doing this successfully for the past 7 years, Kinetic Sports and Spine PT started in a CrossFit gym (next door to the clinic) and has grown to a 3000 sq ft facility with an 1800 sq ft gym for rehab and personal training. I am looking for the next team member who has a background in fitness and is comfortable working with people of all fitness levels.

Who we are looking for is someone with 1 year or more of experience working as a Physical Therapist in Orthopedics/Sports Medicine (No brand new graduates at this time). Our ideal PT will have a certification in manual therapy, dry needling, and possibly your OCS or SCS or some other specialty. If you don't have these skills then we have a mentoring program just for you! You will need to love to solve puzzles, our clients are complicated but highly motivated. We treat the 20% in our profession who don't get better with "traditional" physical therapy. We have non-traditional clients who need a non-traditional approach to help solve their problems!

PayScale will be dependent on your experience and your ability to connect and maintain your schedule. We pay on an equity-based model meaning you will have a base salary guaranteed and the capability of making a percentage of the revenue you generate while only seeing a max of 53 visits a week.
