    Alan Lam Clinical Instructor Alan Lam, DScPT, FCAMPT, FAAOMPT, graduated from the University of Alberta with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2013, and received a Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy from the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.     Erika Fabian Faculty Erika Fabian, DScPT, FCAMPT, FAAOMPT, graduated in 1993 at Semmelweis Medical University in Budapest Hungary.
